Get Acquainted Slide

Start the school year off with this fun ice-breaking activity. Ask each student to decorate a slide with a self portrait, then fill in the front space with categories such as favorite food, color and sport. Put answers on the back, then exchange sllide with classmates.

- Tips:
This slide is great for practicing concepts in any area of the curriculum.
- Instructions:
- Cut slide cover and adhere shut.
- Cut slide from different color and slide into cover. Type or allow children to print five or six questions about themselves in front opening of slide cover.
- Turn slide around and write answers to questions in back opening.
- Adhere photo of child to front and decorate with die cuts or stickers.
- Write or use sticker letters to place child's name and date on slide front.
