Start the school year right with this easy to assemble namplate for students' desks. An added bounus is the pencil holder on the top.

Instructions:

1. Cut nameplate from solid color of cardstock.
2. Cut just the apple section from green and red paper.
3. Use the perforation to cut along bottom of apple.
4. Adhere apple to nameplate, and trim stem and leaf and adhere onto apple.
5. Use a black marker to embellish and write child's name.
6. Assemble by bending at the perforations and placing adhesive onto tabs on bottom.
