AccuCut dies have steel-rule blades that ensure a precise cut each pass through the machine. The blades are protected by foam that also helps to eject the die-cut shape from the die.

Storage: Store dies in AccuCut die storage cases or racks.

Die Tips and Maintenance:

  • Use cutting plastic or mat (sold separately) that matches size of the die.
  • For best results, cut with die blades running under roller at an angle. Do not cut with blades parallel to roller.
  • Dies cut face up in AccuCut machines so it's easy to see what you're cutting.
  • Place desired side of paper or other material face down on foam side of die.
  • If you are cutting fabric, a thread or two may remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors.
  • To extend life of die, clear scraps of paper, chipboard and other material from under the die when cutting.
  • If desired, use adhesive roller to clean paper and lint from dies. Use die pick or tweezers to remove any material caught between blades and foam.
  • Die blades never need to be sharpened.

What fun!! Review by Paula

I started with the large globe and have had so much fun seeing the globe come together. I did need to view the video twice and would recommend making the 2 halves and using paper clips to get started final assembly. I use the Martha Stewart glue pens for a tight hold. I have the small coming to use in the classroom craft project. Using 2 sided paper streamlines the choice of matching papers.

LOVE these dies! Review by Kat

I bought 2 sizes and absolutely LOVE these dies! They cut and crease beautifully. I made these a long time ago by punching circles and scoring the lines by hand - it was a lot of work. These dies make it super quick to make gorgeous decorations.

I have been using a plain circle and making my own creases on it. With this die it would save a TON of time. Great idea!!
